Appointment Cancellation

Our goal is to provide quality Service for our clients in a timely manner. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call Fleur de Pink Beauty Lounge as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. If we can’t answer your call please leave us a detailed message.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 3 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or $25, whichever is more.

If you are more than 15 min late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

In case a new Client has a no show or late cancellation for their first appointment. We will redeem their Groupon voucher. In case the client would like to re-book a 50% charge of Service is due at time of booking.
